The Mandate of the committee is:
- To provide support and facilitate communication between staff and the congregation and amongst each other
- To review annually salaries, allowances, benefits and working conditions for all staff members and to recommend changes to the Executive Board of the Church for the next year.
- To consult with staff members with regard to their continuing education/skills upgrades and to encourage their participation in programmes.
- To conduct reviews of all church staff within the ministry of the Trinity Church pastoral charge
- To review and update annually job descriptions of all staff
- To ensure that all staff have complied with privacy policies
